Jess and the team were a pleasure to deal with when they took my vehicle on for repairs after an accident. She was transparent throughout the whole process and kept me informed of everything that was going on with the repair. Can’t thank Jess enough for getting me taken care of and I could not be more pleased with trusting her with repairing my truck.

Our experience was great. The staff was awesome keeping us updated with the progress and even when there was a delay. Casey was great and went over the work that was produced along with the paperwork. Keep up the Great work. If we have a need we will be back!

They did perform a horrible job and didn’t comply with the time. I had to call every single day for an update. I even had to pay out of pocket for a longer rental because my policy only covered a certain amount of days. And the body shop told me no worries the repairs would be done within that time frame and that I wouldn’t have to extend the rental, but they lied. I hope I never have to use your services again. This was beyond unprofessional.

Everything went well as far as the repairs. Text messages a little misleading. I sat around 2 days thinking my Sequoia would be ready at any moment. I got several encouraging texts over the last 3 days that I mislead me. Other than that issue, things went great. Thanks
