I had an outstanding experience with Haley Ford Collision! Their team was incredibly quick and responsive following my daughter’s accident, providing exceptional service from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout the entire repair process, updating us with every detail, which really put our minds at ease. The quality of the repairs was top-notch, and the staff demonstrated genuine care for our situation. Mason was our main representative but the ladies in the office were extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend Haley Ford Collision for anyone needing expert collision repair with excellent customer service!

1st time there with different vehicle was done superbly, this 2nd time with my vehicle was not done to expectations.

Didn’t get a good look while picking up cause I was in a bit of a hurry and car was dusty from not being washed. Upon close inspection at home, body line was not straightened proper and the paint doesn’t match. Paint is darker than rest of car. Employees were all courteous so problem there. I am planning on a full paint job and some minor body work so I didn’t feel the need to bring it back and complain.

Jess is amazing! Thank you not only did she treat me and my vehicle well, her "classic customer service" was amazing beyond words. She took into consideration my personal preferences with communication and then went not just an extra mile but an extra 100 miles. Her and her team got me back on the road in a timely fashion, too. The staff at Haley were the perfect blend of friendly and professional. The front desk person knows every ticket by heart. The adjuster was detailed and explained everything. I was kept informed on progress via texts and was called when the repairs were done. Would definitely use Haley again!

Haley Ford stayed with me and kept me informed. Mason, Jennifer and Jessica all kept me in the loop doing they're very best to get my car back to me and they did. They're service is genuine and very transparent they care about their customers and do all they can. I went there years ago with my Dodge and I chose to go back to them for my Honda because I trust them with my cars it looks even better than before. If they don't know I promise they will figure it out and you'll be satisfied. If you don't know where to go let them on Pams Avenue take care of you.
