The repair of my taillight is acceptable. I thought the side door damage would also be repaired but that was not the case.

When picking up my vehicle, no one walked out to review the work with me. They told me the keys were under the floor mat. The top portion of the liftgate did not look just right, but I thought it would come off in the car wash after talking with my husband, it seems that someone may have started prepping the top part of the liftgate however, only the lower part of the liftgate is painted. It looks absolutely ridiculous. This needs to be rectified. Please call my husband on Monday, June 1 to discuss. He also has graphics to send.
