Our son recently had his Ford F-150 in for body work at Haley Ford, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Even though we were from out of state, the team treated us like longtime customers and worked directly with our insurance company to make the process seamless. At one point, we ran into an issue with the quote, but the staff truly listened to my concerns, took ownership of the situation, and worked it out with the insurance company quickly and professionally. That level of communication and customer care really stood out. The truck looks fantastic, and the entire experience was handled with integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend Haley Ford if you’re looking for a dealership that stands behind their work and takes care of their customers!

The customer service was wonderful here . They were very timely and professional but welcoming. I did have a slight issue when picking up my car from being repaired , the door mechanism for locking still was not working which was the issue I brought in to be fixed . I called and let the front reception woman know and I brought back my car that evening . They were able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes which I was very appreciative about . All in all great experience

The rear new gate that was installed has scratches on it. This was reviewed with Jessica and she now is working on having the gate either repaired or replaced. She still needs to contact me with how and when Haley Ford will correct this issue. Work is not complete until this is addressed.
