The quality of work and customer service were fantastic. The staff are diligent, personable and are justifiably proud of being a BMW certified shop. I was a bit disappointed that parts were not ordered sooner so that the total repair time could have been shorter. I had assumed that parts had not been ordered prior to drop off, and I would have gladly paid a deposit to ensure that repairs began on day one. I understand that my overall repair was significantly shorter than those of other customers, but I was quite surprised to be without my vehicle for almost two full weeks for damage to the bumper and brackets. That said, I believe the repair was done well and I received a thorough response to my questions as to why the PPF could not be reinstalled until 30 Days following the repair. Great staff, and will definitely recommend the shop for repairs.
