Piece missing from grill that I wasn’t told about until I found it myself. Not quite sure it wasn’t a grill they picked up from the junk yard. Young lady at the desk was laughing at me and said how long did you think it would take to fix it. If they couldn’t do it should have just said so. You need to treat customers with respect that was an $8,000 job Travelers paid for. Sorry they just tried to put it over on an old person

They had the car from July 2 thru today. When I picked it and looked at it a piece was missing from the grill. They didn’t even mention it. Good thing I saw it. I am on vacation again this week and now have to go back again when the piece comes in. The fact that they didn’t tell me is not acceptable. The girl with the light hair at the front even laughed. They are the worst. Enterprise was wonderful

process was not informative in regards to completion date. While your paperwork stated no delivery date could be promised, its not a great experience not to be able to plan transportation around this. In my case my vehicle had a trailer hitch whereas my rental didn't.. that posed significant challenges that I was unable to work around without an actual completion date. I also felt that soliciting for detail work or add-ons was a out of place.

Work is not complete. Bumper put on doesn’t fit properly I have to return car so new bumper can be put on that presumably will fit better as there are spaces currently that shouldn’t be there Until job is completed I don’t feel I should rate. I will say the front office gals are excellent and helpful

I’m very pleased with the Customer Service at Town & County Body Shop, the two ladies at the front office are very nice and place is welcoming! They took a pretty long time to finish the repairs in my car but the result was impeccable, looks better than from factory.
