I picked up my car today and it looked great, but this was no surprise to me. I’ve relied on Hamden Auto for prior repairs and I’ve always been thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy, and fabulous results. It’s why I keep going back to them! From the time the car was dropped off until the car was picked up, I was kept advised via text of its status. Any questions I had regarding the other insurance company was thoroughly answered. Always recommend Hamden auto body , who ever needs their car repaired. Hamden Auto body always follow procedure what automobile brands say. Never choose auto body that insurance recommend just research and choose your auto body wisely. I choose Hamden auto body even though insurance gave another auto body which I did not like. After quite a bit of research I found Hamden auto body.

The employees who handled the phones were very cheerful and helpful. The work was completed on the projected due date and the work completed was very professional looking. The reception area of the business looked very professional and I was in and out very quickly. The work took a month to complete. I would have liked an explanation for why the work took that long to complete. The text updates were reassuring, but were not regular enough, especially closer to completion date. Hamden Auto Body's partnership with Enterprise for rental car was a pleasant surprise.

This is the 4th time I brought my car to this dealership. The main reason is Oren, the manager, is very honest and accurate when it comes to car repair. His concern is customer’s safety first. He could have repaired my car when the adjuster requested to fix my car unsafe way. The insurance wanted to cut down the repair cost. He stood up for customers because of safety. Because of that, I can dive my car without worry.
