I just want to say that I’m extremely thankful for how the auto shop in Hamden treated me. They went above and beyond with repairing my car and keeping me informed with the whole process . When I picked up my car, I was in shock as it looked like a brand new car as if nothing had happened to it. The staff were also extremely nice and helpful. Everything was A+. The work took much longer than I anticipated, but we survived. Joe was incredibly tuned in, friendly, and totally competent. And the office staff really knows how to deal with customers. So, no complaints, and the car looked better than we could have imagined! We had used Hamden Auto Body about 15 years ago, and they produced an excellent job as well.

Everything worked well. Joe was incredibly helpful, sensitive, and knowledgeable. There were some bumps in the road involving insurance, but they were smoothed out easily. Having a car repaired is not necessarily fun, but Hamden Auto did a great job. Joe kept me informed all the way, and even though it took a long time, I was very happy with the result. The car looked better than I could have imagined when I took it in.
