It took a little longer than I anticipated, but it was well worth the wait! Love you guys ( Alyssa and Oren). They even coordinated my repair with enterprise. Wonderful people, outstanding customer service.

We understood that the repair work would take about two hours. My husband gave his phone # and told the office workers that he would be waiting at Panera across the street. Three hours later he returned to Hamden Auto Body and was told the work would take some more time. The job was finally finished 2.5 hours later: 5.5 hours total rather than two hours. Apparently there was an internal communications glitch. To his credit, the manager reduced the cost a bit to make up for the extended wait involved.

Oren was so great! He was so responsive and very helpful with the whole process. I was really worried that my insurance would not cover it all due to the high cost of Tesla but it all worked out! Delivered ahead of time :)
