They took my car in and then ordered the parts. A small fender e bender took 3 weeks for my car to be fixed. Other than that I’m happy

I am very happy with the results of my car. It looks beautiful. The extra mile was how the interior was, so nice and clean. Oren was very reassuring that my car would be done well and in a reasonable amount of time. He was correct. I was met by kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Nicole is wonderful and is very good at what she does! I called Hamden Auto Body many times while my car was being repaired, each time, I was treated with kindness. Overall, my experience was good. I would definitely recommend Hamden Auto Body.

Excellent service from start to finish. This is my second collision over the years and after the wonderful job they did on my first car, I definitely had to come back here for them to repair this one as well. I was not disappointed. The front desk crew is simply awesome. From the moment you walk in with your damaged car, to the time you pick it up fully repaired, they make you feel at ease and giving you progress updates almost on a daily basis. This is one auto body repair shop I would definitely recommend to anyone if they ask. Great job guys and gals. I'm totally impressed.
