From the point of drop off to the point of pick up I was really impressed with Hamden Auto Body and their attention to detail. Oren the shop manager is a great communicator so if you are looking for someone to tell you how it is and be honest with you about what it’s going to take then go see him. I don’t have any sight into the “behind the scenes” efforts there but the car came out top-notch and was exactly what I wanted. So, just like the front of the house, I am sure the back office is at a level unexpected at other mom-and-pop body shops. The woman up front were also great to deal with and very polite and knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly. Hamden Auto Body gets 100% satisfaction from this customer.
