Hamel Btothers did a phenomenal job of communication and coordination between me, my insurance company and the rental car company, it made the process so comforting and easy!! Their front office employees were always pleasant and very helpful in explaining the process and they always kept you informed with status updates!. I would definitely recommend their service! I took my wife’s brand new Infiniti QX50 after it was hit in a parking lot while parked. It had significant damage to the drivers door and all of its controls such as the power locks, power windows, door handle etc. Hamel bros worked on another 1 of our vehicles about a year ago and they repaired both of our vehicles as if they were just coming off the showroom floor. They completed both vehicles with all perfect factory lines, perfect paint and in perfect running condition! We will never bring our vehicles anywhere else to get repaired! They were so friendly and helpful! Got my truck in quickly, arranged my rental car for me, and updated the rental car company when the repair time ran past the initial estimate. The work was perfect, and picking up the truck was quick and easy. Highly recommend them!
