The vehicle was taken within days of calling, the insurance claim process was seamless. My daughters repairs were completed as expected and her car has never looked cleaner!!! The staff was friendly and I found the email updates during the entire process to be a nice touch and kept me well informed along the way.

They did a great job with the repair and I liked that they sent text messages to communicate regarding timeline. Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They even completely cleaned my car and repaired my key fob. Definitely recommend!
