Awesome service - my car looked beautiful when I picked it up they cleaned it for me. They went above and beyond what I consider customer service - Nissan screwed up and sent the wrong part then had to resend it - they rushed my job to get it painted and get my car done. Could not be happier - THANK YOU!!!!!! Especially Joe Queen :) I would highly recommend Hamilton Chevrolet!!!

I have nothing but compliments for the service we received from Hamilton Chevrolet. Mr. Queen was excellent and extremely professional. The cashier that checked us out was nice and friendly! I received continuous updates regarding my service which was helpful! And to top it off, our vehicle was complete 3 days early. Okay and not to mention, the car repair was well done and it was detailed! I live close to another Chevrolet dealer but Hamilton was recommended by Allstate. I'm so glad you guys serviced our vehicle!!

My car wasn't ready when I was told it would be. It was a whole day late. The striping had to be repaired & the man to do it was late getting to the dealership so I had to wait for that to be finished. Also the car was dusty all over the front which had been repaired. It had not been washed. There are also dirty areas in other places. I was provided a loaner which was a very nice Malibu. I'm very glad to have my Equinox back home.
