My car took longer than what they told me to get fixed and I totally understand why, but I had to keep calling them and they would tell me they would call me the following day and never would. I wish they would have called me at least once to let me know what was going on. But whenever I contacted them, they were friendly.

In my wildest dreams, I could not have had a better experience than I did at Hamlin. The accident during which my car was rammed, left me shaken. Gary was extremely comforting and his explanation of the upcoming repair process did so much to calm me down. He simplified the details for which I will always be grateful.
