Honestly... my car was there for two weeks. Pretty much no communication about what was happening. There was tons of excuses like people were put sick or the parts weren't there. I go to get my car because I'm tired of waiting while nothing gets done. I call my insurance to switch mechanics then they call me back telling me they have the parts after my insurance called them to see what was taking so longm It took them another two weeks to actually do it and I asked for an inspection but they didnt tell me until the last day before I picked it up I needed tires and new paperwork so I couldn't even pass. And it probably would have taken another week for them just to get the tires on. Then not even 4 days later of getting it my car needs a new transmission now even though it's a brand new car. Would never use repair shop again and probably wouldn't have used them to begin with except my insurance picked them. I even heard them tell some guy that randomly showed up while I was waiting they could get done what he needed on one afternoon. When I basiclly had to wait 4 weeks. This place is awful will not go again

Vehicle was treated well, done in a timely manner. Pickup was the only snag. I drove from pgh to Bridgeville to retrieve. Shop said they would be open til 1 and then closed til 2. Arrived at 1245 they were gone. Sat there til 230 there weren’t back yet. Called me at 4 something tho ask if I was coming. I wasted a good deal of my afternoon trying to pick vehicle up
