Hamlin's repaired damage to the driver side doors and trim on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee as a result of a hit n'run. I had gotten estimates from 3 local Pittsburgh auto body shops and Hamlin's was the least expensive. Hamlin's was the highest rated State Farm Insurance repair shop and the most organized, pleasant, responsive and least expensive. All added up and I decided to go with this shop. The repairs were of the highest quality, the paint was flawless and they finished the job earlier than expected.

I originally meet with Gary for an estimate. He seems to be a very relaxed, soft spoken, upfront man. He answered all my questions and noted my concerns. The woman who answers the phone is very detailed and helpful. Customer service is definitely a main reason to consider this shop.
