AMAZING Customer service. Check in was easy. The sweet lady in the front was very welcoming and called the rental car people for me. My car was ready ahead of time and when I picked it up it was beautiful and even detailed. Super Awesome all the way around.

They kept me updated on progress of the car, worked with insurance & rental car co easily. When there was a change in completion date I was informed with enough time.to adjust my rental. When there was a minor issue at the end of the repair, they made it right.

My car was not completed to my satisfaction. Panels are not even and flush to the other, parts are not matching the original parts of my vehicle, my car is not driving the same, etc. I told the adjuster and he tried to mansplain the repairs and said if I just “push it down” the panel will be flush with the other panel. That’s unacceptable. He brushed my concerns off and told me to call the insurance if I had a problem.

When I spoke to Pablo, he was very dismissive and told me to take it up with the insurance company. He said he had been doing it for years and if I didn’t like the ways the panels were elevated, I can “just push them down”. He was rude and condescending. The insurance company had to reach out to him and he changed his tone while talking to them. But, now I have to wait another week to have my car corrected. Inconveniences one after another.
