The staff was very communicative throughout the entire process. The job was finished on time and when I went to pick up the car it looked as though it was in excellent condition. I have the convenience of leaving my rental and hopping right in my ride and driving away. Great customer service and staff!

If insurance wasnt paying for it i dont think id go simply because that was a $2000 repair over something seemingly minor. But they did good work i tell you what

This is not the first time I have had to have similar services done to my car. Hampton had amazing customer service and were able to get my car back to me quickly and nearly a week before it was scheduled to be complete (which I initially thought the completion date was already a bit optimistic given past services at other locations. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend them to any who asked.

Put my same headlights in just clean them off I have special rims they lost one of my wheel locks to get the tire off in my bumper is coming off a little bit very bad experience
