I always appreciate your professionalism and communication in regards to my vehicle’s repairs. Thank you for taking the time to update me twice a week throughout the process, it made it extremely easy for me to update whoever I needed to in the meantime. Richard is wonderful and is really patient and explains things very well so we know exactly what is going to happen and what to expect.
