The work that was done on my GMC Arcadia was excellent. There's no way you would ever tell it's been hit!😊 The lady that ran the front desk was very sweet and knowledgeable. She made sure to keep me updated on everything that was happening step by step.

There ended up being a portion of the clearcoat that had been sprayed from too close of a distance leaving waves and a running drip that somehow made it through their Quality Control. However, when I addressed the oversight, they immediately inspected the area to confirm the issue and scheduled my vehicle for an appointment the next day to buff the area out with detailing compound that removed the excess clearcoat. It turned out great and the manager apologized profusely for the oversight.
