Very smooth process. Knowledgeable and thorough front desk and adjuster. Everyone is friendly (except I saw one person being mean to front desk. If they were joking, it was not funny. Please be nice to your co-workers.) One hiccup with notifying me about the completed job. They thought they called and left a message, but I don’t have a record of either. The repair was an awesome job. Overall, I recommend this place; especially if you’re going through your insurance, it’s a smooth process.
