Dear Hanagan’s Team, You did phenomenal job making me feel like family from the moment I walked in. We should all feel honored that when you say Hanagan’s is a family business, you mean it in every possible way. As my previous experience showed when you repaired my Acura a dozen years ago, your paint work is impeccable. I cannot tell the difference between the work you did, and the original finish. I must be honest here and tell you I helped train workers in the Paint Shop at Subaru-Isuzu, Lafayette, Indiana. I know superior paint work when I see it. BMW Fern green metallic is a rare and hard to match color. Like this repair on my BMW, my Acura got flawless headlight replacement a dozen years ago. I urge anyone on the fence about a body repair, stop by Hanagan’s, you will not be disappointed.

I liked the fact that I was kept updated as to the progress of the repair, by daily texts. Everyone from the front desk to Tony who handed me the key and lead me to the parking lot was pleasant, courteous snd a true professional. Thank you guys, you’re the best.
