The customer service is just excellent... You get notification updates on text messages, and also a phone call. The service is fast and the work itself is outstanding. You get a ride to the car rental. They take care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. It made all the inconveniences from the accident a little more bearable. I highly recommend Hanagan's Auto Body to anyone needing automotive body repair...

I asked them to pin re pin stripe the opposite side of the Sid Ethan was in an accident so they would match. I told them I would pay for it but after I got home I noticed it was not done. Also I had prescription medication in my middle console that was there when I dropped my car off to them. When I picked it up the whole bottle was missing. My car looked pretty clean but when I looked at the front tires that they installed the rims were filthy and you could see all there hand prints on the rims. The rest of the car looked great.
