As always, great job, nice people. But you missed one item in the repair (roof rack). Still my go-to body shop. One problem in over 20 years of service is pretty good !

It does not appear as though the initial coat of paint adhered to the bumper. Already have a peel off.

There just was no stress or hassle, especially when they call you a day earlier than expected to let you know the car is ready. Loved the text alerts on the progress of the work being done. I hope I won't need to see them anytime soon, but will certainly recommend them and if necessary, use them again.

Everything was great. Services were completed in a timely fashion. My only issue is that I was told I may receive a quote on different damage on passenger side. I'll still take the quote if it's there. If not, oh well.
