Was very incouraged in the beginning as yall being highly recommended from several friends but seeing as the truck is incomplete at this moment I am unsure about recommendation

You came highly recommended by three of my close friends but when I picked my truck up half of the stuff was incomplete the backup camera never got fixed the backup sensor and the bumper that still does not work right the emblem on the tailgate fell off and they didn't fix the other brake light cover and the bulb and the one they did fix doesn't work not impressed been 2 weeks can't get nobody to help me that sound all right huh

I will say that the people were very nice and accommodating. But my car was held for 16 days with two of the major repairs being the passenger side mirror (knocked off) and the front passenger side door handle. When I picked up the car the side mirrors would not adjust. When I tried to use the door handle it came loose and dislodged from the door. Hard to comprehend how the quality checks failed. So, a part for the door handle had to be ordered and then the car will be taken to the Kia dealership to fix the wiring or communication issues with the mirror. No telling when my car will get fixed. And of course, I assume you have been paid. At least I paid the deductible. Not Hanania’s finest hour.
