A friend referred me to Hanania, specifically to Chris Steer, they did not disappoint. Our car was repaired in a timely manner and with superb quality. They kept me informed regarding the repair status and gave it a final finish that as good as new.

I will say that the people were very nice and accommodating. But my car was held for 16 days with two of the major repairs being the passenger side mirror (knocked off) and the front passenger side door handle. When I picked up the car the side mirrors would not adjust. When I tried to use the door handle it came loose and dislodged from the door. Hard to comprehend how the quality checks failed. So, a part for the door handle had to be ordered and then the car will be taken to the Kia dealership to fix the wiring or communication issues with the mirror. No telling when my car will get fixed. And of course, I assume you have been paid. At least I paid the deductible. Not Hanania’s finest hour.

Horrible experience. Truck was returned with steering wheel still crooked and clinking. Terrible job on rim repair and you cut my rock lights. Brought the truck to you with a full tank of gas and it was returned with half a tank.
