We appreciated the communication we received all along the way with our Q8 and the time they spent dealing with the insurance company. Our car looked brand new when we picked it up which was a huge relief to us. Thankfully, this was our first experience with having body work done on a vehicle, but we didn’t know what to expect and I had already been looking for a new car to trade this one in, but we are so impressed with the work that we’ve decided to keep this car! Chris, I believe that’s his name, was excellent. He kept me in the loop and was prompt with information. The only reason I didn’t give a “10” is because I wish I would’ve been told ahead of time that CC were charged 3%. I would’ve brought my debit card.
