This was my first occasion to use the services of the collision department. I was referred over to Chris the manager of that group, but before I met Chris, the people that were helping me on the front line was the receptionist a service assistant and I guess another service assistant who were all ladies and just absolutely wonderful. I had heard Chris was a great guy from the fellow who referred me and in fact, he was very service oriented as we’re all the people.. the work was done as promised impeccably, and even though I told him that they didn’t have to detail the car. It was beautifully detailed when I picked it up.

Chris was great but trunk still is not right. Passenger side gap is 1/8 inch and drivers side is 1/4 of an inch. I talked to Chris and he said to bring it back and they will try to correct. It is inconvenient to have to come back as this will be my third attempt. Hopefully the third time works.

They did not NOTICE or give me a chance to repair the other side of the car. I believe the salesman and salesmanager when they said the said had a 172 point check up! IF they show you a 172 point check up for a car they SAY you're buying...DO NOT believe them. Open the glove box- mine feel off. BOTH windshield mirrow cover were broken off. THe OIL needed to be changed!!! THey did AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE while SMILING and reassuring me the car was "SPECIAL"! Find a car at another dealer!!!! This one is HORRIBL@- THIEVES! I wanted to pay cash for the car-they talked me into financing it for ome special I never got while they ADDED $1,000 to the cost of the car. I found it and then reversed the Financing to pay CASH! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! EVERY single person I mention this dealer to said, "OH NO"!!!!
