It took 2 1/2 weeks to get the bumper of our van repaired. After dropping it first thing Monday morning we were told it should be ready on Friday it that week. I had to call and check up on the vehicle daily with no one keeping me informed. We were told it would be finished on two more dates and it was not. After many poor excuses of why the van was not finished, we finally gave up communication. To take 2 1/2 weeks for minor repairs is totally unacceptable. We were very disappointed by the service. Definitely not the type of place we won’t to do business with.

2 1/2 weeks to fix the bumper on my van. Horrible communication and multiple completion dates that did not happen. I definitely will not be back. I definitely will not recommend the service to anyone.
