My positives: customer service. Incredible as always. Time in the shop, also great. I dropped off Monday and got it Friday. Negatives: you can easily tell where the rim was “fixed”. When I picked my car up the inside was still covered with dust and smelled strongly of paint.

I have had two poor experiences there now and would not recommend. On my previous repair, I wound up in shops all the way up the east coast after it was botched.

On many occasions I called as the repair took nearly 6 weeks. They would say they would “Call me right back” and that didn’t happen. Finally, I asked to speak with a manager and explained that they called me Friday morning and said it would be done Monday. When it wasn’t, he told me that I was incorrect that the associate was standing right next to him and said that she’d called very late in the day. I have it on my call log and she called me at 10:06 am. I kind of felt like they were implying that I was lying. It was the one time they did call me so I remember when it was and have the call log.

There are several items that need to be handled and I have an appointment tomorrow morning to hopefully get these things done.

I am meeting with the service mgr tomorrow to get these items corrected. I don't think that anyone got into my vehicle and test drove it or they would have seen and felt the items that I have to go to St Augustine to get fixed. I should NOT have to do that; it is an inconvenience to me and an unnecessary trip from Palm Coast to St. Augustine.

The customer service and quality of work was exceptional. They completed the work in the estimated time and the car was cleaned before it was returned to us. I would use their collision dept again.
