Although we just got the truck back last Friday you did not pay to fix the radio screen which was working before the accident. We had the vehicle towed from the accident to our driveway so when the adjuster came we did not know at the time it didn't work anymore. When I drove it to Chevrolet to have the repairs done I then told them about it. You declined to make it right. The extended warranty people's first question they asked was...Was the vehicle in an accident? So yea while some of the damage got fixed it still cost us to be in that accident which was not our fault.

The repeatedly tried to reach out to you to solve the problem but you declined. The body work was fine though we are still missing the "chevrolet" on the drivers side. They said we could bring it back after the holiday which I will be doing.

Awful. Employee never called me to tell me car was ready for pick up. Then claimed to have done so. Called my wife 2 days later which cost us xtra day of car rental. Then when I called to speak to this employee he never returned my call.
