The only reason it’s not a 10 is because of the wash. If a vehicle is dropped off clean without shop debris and hard water spots the customer should have it returned that way. The customer service and the quality of the repair is a 10.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and pleasant. Chris let us know what was happening at all times. We were so surprised and pleased that when we picked up our car, it had been detailed. Talk about going above and beyond! The work they did on the car was perfect. They even removed some scratches next to the damaged front end, so it looks beautiful. We would absolutely recommend Hanania Collision.

From first appointment as estimate to coordinating with insurance to communication to offering to help with rental car contact to cashing out and follow up! We had a three part paint. It looks great!
