There are numerous defects in the paint job. When I picked up my truck on Friday it was cloudy outside and I couldn't see the defects. The following day it was sunny and I could clearly see the defects. I called my insurance claims rep right away and left him a voice-mail. I'm still waiting on a call back to schedule a time to bring my truck back to the body shop.

The guys were very professional. They had all of my paperwork completely prepared before I arrived. Within minutes, I was in a rental car and just a few days later my car was finished. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. They did everything else. They did a great job on my vehicle. You couldn't even tell where they had worked. Thank you to the team at Hannabass & Rowe!
