Everything was great, but whatever they used to get my door open after my keys were locked inside, I can no longer open my driver door from the inside. I felt it the day I got it. I thought it was nothing but then the handle stopped working. I know my car has a lock issue but I've never had an issue with my door handle until after I got my car back. Now I have to roll my window down to get out. I would greatly appreciate it if I could hear from someone about this. Thank you.

The repairs on my vehicle are great. The initial experience however was not so great. While waiting for Progressive to finish the estimate I waited in the waiting area. The front desk girl was on the company phone the entire time talking to her friends. The day I was given for the repairs was evidently not put in the system. We were told we didn't have an appointment or a reservation at Enterprise. We had to contact Progressive to get a straight answer. We were told to come back the next day once we got everything straight. Again, we are very satisfied with the repairs but not with the customer service at the front.
