They kept changing the ready date. I dropped my car off Feb 12th and wasn’t able to pick it up until March 1st. Mind you I had already waited from Dec 7th to Feb 12th just to be able to get my car repaired. After dropping it off I was given a pickup date of Feb 23 then it was moved to Feb 28 and then March 1st. I had a rental car during this time and actually had to pay for an extra day because of how long they took and my insurance would only cover $900 and so I had to pay $50 out of pocket for something I had no control over. They obviously are partnered with the rental car businesses so they can find a way to keep your rental deposit.
