The team who helped me were very pleasant to work with. I can tell they put a lot of effort into doing things the right way. The only thing I'd like to see different is a way of sending updates to all the customers, informing them of where the repair is in the process and perspective pick up date. It would prevent me from calling in to check on the progress.

We had some communication misunderstanding. But my service advisor made the effort to reach out and make sure I was getting what I needed. Insurance made a part difficult to cover but my service advisor went above and beyond and went ahead and made sure my car was fixed 100%.

I was stunned that I had to pay to get my car and the insurance company would pay me...so odd given it was not my fault. Weird policy. Other then that my car was done perfectly.
