entered my phone number incorrectly and i was not getting communication regarding my appointment. I made multiple calls to arrange my appointment for the work to be done during a week that I would not be impacted by the inability to use my car. Due to " being down a technician" the work on my car was not able to be started for several days (with no communication to me regarding the delay) and I did not get my car back for an extra week. Although my number was incorrectly entered into the system, my email was correct and there was not attempt to contact me via email.

My car was transformed. The whole front came together and looks brand new. The headlights are super nice and the paint job is amazing. Thank you to the technicians that disassembled the old crunched parts! The painter and the techs that reassembled it! As well as the ladies in the office that updated me when I called. I highly recommend this Auto body shop!
