Customer service is 20/10, only reason I give a 9 for my overall satisfaction is that I don’t think my vehicle will ever be the same as original. Insurance companies will only put aftermarket parts back on regardless of the vehicle. Dustin is going the extra mile and making sure my vehicle is taken care of and to my quality of satisfaction! I had to take it back for things to be fixed after initially getting it back, but Dustin and his team arranged for a rental. After knowing the horrific experience I recently had with enterprise on battleground, Dustin informed me he would have one there for me and while I was a little ahead of schedule dropping my vehicle to him, they were able to promptly bring me the rental! Let me just say.. this rental goes far beyond the quality vehicle I had previously from battleground.
