The back door does not open as normal as it use to. The place where you rest your head on the seat didn't get fix

Customer service was amazing. If the text message notifications where more accurate it would help, but honestly it did not hinder anything. Harbs is ahead of the curve in the technology department. Thanks for all your work!!!!
