The service itself was fine, but losing my front license plate is completely unacceptable. It’s illegal to drive without both plates, which puts me in a difficult position through no fault of my own. Now I have to take time off work to go sit at the county office just to replace it, and all for the offering of reimbursement of the $6.50 fee. This situation has cost me time, inconvenience, and frustration that far outweighs this refund. I expected more care and accountability. I am disappointed with how this was handled.
