The work that was done to my vehicle was outstanding and most of the service I received was good. The customer service I received from Maria was great. However the man who was in charge of giving me updates never made contact with me until after I contacted Maria. He only called once to let me know it was complete. Had I not called him, he would have waited until who knows when. He costed me $165.00 cause had he called on time, I would not have had my rental an extra 2 days and gotten a windshield crack that costed me $165.00. Other than that it was great. The lady Maria at the front desk is y’all’s best asset.

This was my first experience having Hardy Collision Center working on my vehicle. They did an outstanding job with the repairs. The body work and paint job when finished made my car look like it was never in an accident. The time it took them to make the repairs was unbelievable. They completed everything in just under a week. The staff were polite, helpful and very professional. I will most definitely be going back to them for future work.

The folks at Hardy Collision managed to repaint the majority of my car in just over a week and expedited the process due to out of pocket expenses for a rental car. They were friendly, helpful and walked me through the entire process. Paint looks great, and they let me know to bring it back if I notice any issues with the work done.
