We felt the company should have communicated more about the delay in the service. They could asked about considering if the family would like the driver headlight to look like the new one that was put in.

The small amount of damage to the vehicle took to long to be completed. The company should have asked the family if we would like the driver headlight restored to resemble the new headlight replaced on the passenger side.
