Repair quality is amazing. I was surprised to see the car interior covered in grime when I picked it up. Spent an hour cleaning the leather, and it still is t back to where it was.

When I picked up my car today I found that an area on the door handle where paint had been chipped off had been missed. I was surprised that no one at Harley Collision saw this.and addressed it. I had to find it myself. I was told I would have to pay for additjonal repairs starting over. . Touch up paint was instead applied whch looks OK, but not professional. A mistake was made and resonsibility should have been acknowled and an accomodation offerred.

The entire crew did a great job since contacting them to schedule the appointment, they even recommended a tow company to take my car there, the follow up on the repair progress was amazing and the service was completed way faster than they initially confirmed.
