Omg, not only was the process easy from start to finish. The appointment was made by my insurance company. Harley sent me a reminder and directions. Once I was there everyone was professional and on it. Harley made arrangements for me to get to the rental car and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs. Once I picked up the car they even made sure it was nice and clean. Chris at the front desk is a jewel and Mr. Gary brought her to me nice and clean. I think Mike made sure I was happy and pleased. I was!!!
