Our overall experience was great but we noticed a noise while driving home and were going to turn around and go back, but it stopped before we did. The next morning the rear tire was almost flat. We had it checked and there was a large nail in the tire. I would recommend a thorough sweep with a magnet roller.

The people in person I talked to were all great! Whoever answered the phones initially when I would call was not very helpful. For example, I gave a call back after being told to call back in a voice message and when I said that I am calling back based on a voice message that said my car was ready for pick up and that I should call back the person told me “ok just come pick your car up”. Not great customer service nor was that statement helpful when I was specifically told in my message to call not to “just come pick my car up”.
