There is a slight dent in the hatch and substantial “orange peel” in the painted bumper. Harley employees are very cordial and the work was completely completed promptly; however, in view of the workmanship, I cannot recommend Harley Collision.

Yes, I was completely satisfied with my experience at Harley's. They were very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend anybody I know with body damage to use Harley's.

My only dissatisfaction relates to the storage fee associated if the car is not picked up right away. I don’t recall it being on the drop off form. If it is on it, it would be helpful if it were bolded. I definitely was told about the surcharge if I paid with a credit card but not the storage fee. If the car had been completed on the expected date, no problem. Don’t get me wrong. I’m grateful that it got repaired early but because I didn’t have a heads up? I had to scramble to leave work early, return the rental and pick up my car. I had no idea about the storage fee until the car was ready. Had I had a head up about the fact that the car was almost done? I could have made arrangements. I deeply appreciate the great work on my car, but it really would have been nice to be told about the storage fee upfront. I also don’t recall any signs indicating the storage fee. Again, thank you for the great work on the car. The staff were also very nice.

They did a shoddy job, and then made excuses and argued with me when I pointed it out. I drove home didn’t move my car all day, and when I went into my garage, part of the bumper had already popped out because they didn’t install it correctly. The paint job was poor and the bumper was scraped in several places where it seems they tried to force the fit of the bumper. I would not recommend them and will be sure to pass that on to friends and neighbors.

They use the wrong part, lied about the availability of the part, didn’t fit the bumper correctly, it popped out with an hours of me getting home, were rude, unhelpful, and full of excuses, and hung up on both me and the adjuster, when we were trying to come to a solution. Another neighbor posted on next-door about an even worse experience with Harley Collision in the same week. Steer clear.

There was no communication from the shop about my repair. I called for an update and was told someone from the shop left me a voicemail the week before explaining what needed to be done and the timeline for repair in detail, but neither I nor my husband received a voicemail. When I called back to say we didn’t receive a voicemail, I was told someone would call me that day. No one called. I called back the next week asking for an update. The person who answered told me, again, that someone would call that day with an update. Nobody called with an update. My insurance agent was finally able to get the shop to call with an update of when my car would be ready. Nobody ever talked to me about the assessment and what would be necessary. It looks like the repair is done, but I’m skeptical of all the charges listed. Ridiculous that the shop claimed and noted on file that they called, especially in this day and age with digital records of calls and voicemails. I finally received a text message that my car was ready to pick up and I would receive a call about arranging pick up. When I didn’t get a call about arranging the pick up, I called the shop to confirm it was ready. They said it was, so I took an Uber over to pick it up. I ended up having to wait another 30 minutes in the shop while they finished the paperwork. If anyone from the shop had made any attempt to communicate about my repair it would have made a big difference. Would not recommend.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and with Klio's professionalism. The negatives are the work took much longer than estimated or expected, and I was left with low tire pressure in one of my tires and the need to reset the tire pressure indicator in a situation where my alignment was checked as part of the repair by Harley.

The rep that I dealt with called me on the Friday that my car was supposed to be ready, to push the date back until the next Wednesday. She then called me out of the blue on Tuesday asking if I could come pick up my car that day because the lot was full, with a false claim that she’d also called the previous day (Monday.) There were no calls and messages on Monday, and had I came to pick the car up that Tuesday, the extra work that I’d requested would not have been completed, as it was not done until Wednesday! She claimed she left a message previously about the extra work that I requested, but that is also false. Lastly, I figured they would have at least washed the car after repairing it. They repaired what was needed and left the remaining exterior dirty.
