The car took longer than the estimate and we had to call each day it was due only to find out it wasn't ready yet. It's tough to make plans without a car and would have been nice to be told ahead of time to better prepare.

I am very satisfied with the job you all did with my car! The damage was completely taken care of, and on top of that, I was incredibly surprised and grateful to see the inside of the car had been vacuumed and air had been put in my tires! Thank you to Greg for the updates and phone calls keeping me “in the know” of the progress! And thank you to those at the front desk for being so kind and welcoming! And overall thank you for impeccable service!!

More proactive updates would have improved the experience. I had to call in twice to find out when the car would be repaired and finished. Otherwise the staff was friendly and repairs look good
