I was not kept informed or updated and most of the time I had to call for updates . As far as the repairs as of having it 1 day everything seems great . When I called everyone was friendly, helpful and informative but I feel I should I should not have had to call to get updates

Their service has been nothing short of amazing. My house caught on fire which extended to my vehicle, so between dealing with my house and car, Aliicia and Stan definitely helped make this experience better for me. There were constant updates and check ins regarding my vehicle which i was very scared of because normally when a vehicle is involved in a fire it’s typically totaled out, but mine was able to be fixed and they did an amazing job! My baby looks brand new! Upon returning my rental i love that they offer to return the rental at no extra cost which helped me a lot! I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff are very friendly. Just not super happy with communication and all of the final product.

Staff were friendly but it took almost double the time. I had to reach out most times for communication. Work is not 100%-one piece on the front is not attached all the way. Need to call to go back.There was also exterior paint on my passenger floor mat, a small scratch on my hood that wasn't there before, and interior was not cleaned at all before pick up. (Not sure if that is standard or not)

My experience with HC was simply amazing. The customer service I received from everyone was outstanding. The vibe at HC is one of friendliness and professionalism. The gentleman who worked on my car (I can't remember his name) explained everything. He even called to see if I wanted some repairs not connected to the accident. The front desk staff was very welcoming. My experience was top tier.
