My experience with HC was simply amazing. The customer service I received from everyone was outstanding. The vibe at HC is one of friendliness and professionalism. The gentleman who worked on my car (I can't remember his name) explained everything. He even called to see if I wanted some repairs not connected to the accident. The front desk staff was very welcoming. My experience was top tier.

I am completely satisfied and will return for any future body work needs. Amber was my point of contact and she did a great job explaining the process from payment to the potential for an adjustment to their initial quote. There were two additional parts that needed to be ordered and I was sent pictures of the broken parts that weren't uncovered until they started the repair. The repair was completed much faster than I expected. I have never had that experience with a body shop. I felt welcomed and appreciated when I walked in Harley Decatur. When I walked in to a competitor's shop not far away, I was asked to make an appointment for an estimate and felt unappreciated. I highly recommend Harley Collision Decatur!

i was in for an estimate. then made an appointment for the repair. showed up and y’all didn’t have the part (i live in buckhead, so this was a painful disappointment). y’all were going to call me when you had the part and didn’t. when i called back i felt like i was in new hands who actually did great and made it happen.

The engine service light was on. The mechanic said it had been handled but it was still on after pickup. Also there is a piece of the car inside, looks like a cap or cover of some sort that is missing after the repair.

I had a good prior experience with them before but the work this time around was not good and now I have to go elsewhere for more work.

Satisfied with the repair they did do however the initial vehicle damage included more damage than they assessed then they submitted it to the insurance company as a separate claim and insurance denied payment. This should have been included in the first assessment. But now I have to go someplace else and pay out of pocket for the extra damage caused by the ORIGINAL accident. So beware when they do your assessments ALL damage is assessed.

After my car collision the repair was good and rental car seamless, however when HC did an inspection they neglected to add the right side of the car so the insurance only paid for the bumper work and paiting. When I showed them this and also showed the damage in the photos to my insurance company I took after the accident, HC said “they would call the insurance company” never heard back from them neither did my insurance company so they closed the claim. Now I need to find another collision company to do additional repairs. Which I am not happy about obviously. The work they did was fine, the inspection to do the work was sloppy and now I am stuck paying for more work.

The results were amazing. They did such an amazing job I'm referring friends to them that's had fender benders. I truly appreciate the professionalism from the team and their excellent customer service. Great job team from a very satisfied customer!.
